I really like your 7Axx's too - superbly photographed, as always. But don't take it personally. We have a poke at everybody's high asking prices, or try to. There have been much worse than yours. | |

and just to REALLY make Daz's day .... You are right about that Paul... I'm off to sob onto my wrist... which is naked and bare and lacking in a 7A28-6000

No offence I know where you're coming from... I'm just trying to reach the biggest audience and unfortunately the Bay is where its at... I inflate the prices because of the fees, I'm sure others do the same My obsession/collection is spiraling out of control and currently working on my own design based on a SEIKO calibre..... and that costs! I have many 7A## spares which will benefit all... so be nice! | |

Not a problem, from my side, either Phil. There is just one thing to bear in mind - and this forum has very few hard-and-fast rules .... But I would request that (as applies to any other member) you do not use this forum to promote your own eBay listings. Mind you, with your current asking prices, you're likely to get plenty of free plugs (if only for the wrong reasons) ! Good grief indeed. A few of us had a poke at this 7A28-7000 listing, but demand for Ripley Aliens is out there, regardless of originality. To quote myself again .... That's 'Ripley Aliens' money ! It was later relisted: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/221145538245 and sold in the early hours of this morning for $1149 (approx. £723).
I think I'll stick to collecting re-branded 7A38's with a real space connection | |

Here's a very good reason why Phil's over-priced 7Axx's aren't selling - a partial copy and paste from my post on the previous page: His asking price on this very desirable Ti 7A28 is the same £799. I suspect some may consider it, but the price really is way too high.

Not particularly scarce, James. Although that one was in rather nice condition. Went for about double what I'd expected / predicted. Quite funny actually, particularly if you knew what Dave (Zenomega) paid for it. | |
