Indeed, Mike: http://www.thewatchsite.com/index.php/topic,34983.html

And at $125 (+$20 postage to UK) for the pair, they might at first sound like a bargain. :|

But the gold tone 7A28-7029 is well worn (and there's plenty of better ones about), and the more desirable 7A28-7079 has issues. :/

May be a minor fix or not. I just don't know.

You might be able to make a decent watch out of the two of them, and have parts left over for spares. So no bargain, really.

I got briefly excited by this:

but it really is a bitza.

Wrong bracelet, wrong pushers (should be black, not yellow) and even a wrong (declared) caseback.

I think I'll pass ..........................

Good idea, Simon. Patience is a virtue. ;)

You can be certain that Mike Mounce picked up the various genuine components a lot cheaper on eBay.

The current optimistic asking price of $475 will come down - as his prices always inevitably do .... but probably best left regardless.
