Seiko 7A38 - by the numbers

I'm just catching up with my reading on other watch forums. 

Spotted this 'classic' FS advert for a 7A38-6010 'head only' placed on WatchUseek about 3 weeks ago.

It does not reset to 12, and neither do the sundials.  The 24 hour subdial works fine.  I'm not sure if the bezel is meant to rotate ....

Two words spring to mind: Dumb Klutz.   Needless to say, the watch still appears to be unsold.
