I've written about this most basic of the 7Axx variants on the old forum, a long time ago, in a suitably titled thread:
7A07-0010 Stopwatch - an interesting 7Axx curio. Look no hands, for starters !
It's also been ably covered, a few years ago by Australian Seiko aficionado Anthony Kable, in this thread on SCWF.
Unfortunately, the 3 'quick inside shots' which Anthony posted further down that thread, in response to a request for a shot of the movement have since disappeared into the ether. Luckily I had the foresight to right-click and save them and they're re-posted at the very bottom of my old thread. Here's the best of the three, showing the workings:
I'll admit to having toyed with the idea of buying one at various times, purely for the curio value, you understand.
In fact, I bid on one on Yahoo Japan earlier this month, later had second thoughts (because it was too expensive) and was almost grateful when someone outbid me. This closed listing search on Yahoo Japan shows that they've recently been selling for anything between 3000 and 10,000 Yen, dependant on condition and the presence or completeness of accessories (presentation box, lanyard, instruction booklet and hang tag).
This morning, I spotted not one, but 3 NOS examples on Yahoo Japan, offered by the same seller as 1-day Buy-it-Now listings, which were all ending in about 45 minutes time. None of them sold and all three have just been automatically re-listed for another 24 hours, retaining the same item numbers.

The photos included in all three listings (4 in each) are very similar, so I'm only going upload their primary images:
I was trying to figure out the discrepancy in his asking prices (#1 and #3 are @ 12,800 yen, whereas #2 is 6000 yen more expensive @ 18,800 Yen). All three watches still have their purple vinyl case-back protection almost completely intact, but only #2 could be described as absolutely pristine. Checking the other photos and descriptions, #1 has a misaligned outer black dial ring. #3 needs a replacement battery, but is the only one of the three which includes the instruction leaflet. The only thing I could see different about #2 was it comes with a more elaborate braided lanyard. Very odd.

Re: 7A07-0010 TJR010 Stopwatch - Your starter for 3 !
Spotting this 7A07-0010 stopwatch (NOS, but not quite a 'full set', missing the TJR010 hang tag) listed on eBay earlier today by German forum member Finn (a.k.a. Uhrige7A) raised a wry smile - if only for the keyword spamming.

I've managed to resist the temptation to add one of these 7Axx curios to my collection for over 10 years. I think I can safely say I'll see another year out.
Especially so when you compare the selling prices on Yahoo Japan over the last 6 months. Generally, used examples still go for an average of less than ¥4000 Yen, even when the instruction booklet, lanyard and box are present.

I had another knowing smile to myself when I saw this 7A07-0010 listed late last night by a Belgian eBay seller:Seiko7A38 wrote: ↑Fri Dec 24, 2021 1:06 pmSpotting this 7A07-0010 stopwatch (NOS, but not quite a 'full set', missing the TJR010 hang tag) listed on eBay earlier today by German forum member Finn (a.k.a. It's Finn's ex-7A07-0010. The giveaway being that Japanese sticker on the case-back - the serial number matches too.
Re: 7A07-0010 TJR010 Stopwatch - Your starter for 3 !
Out of curiosity, I'd added that listing for a 7A07-0010 to my eBay watching page. After reducing the Buy-it-Now price to €150 Euros, the Belgian seller subsequently ended it as allegedly no longer available.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/234885813199
He then re-listed it as a 10-day auction with an opening bid price of only €60 Euros. Surprisingly, that re-listing failed to attract any bids and once again he ended it early (for the same reason).

Whether he just decided to withdraw it, or sold it off eBay for a 'back door' offer - your guess is as good as mine.
Whereas that may have constituted something of a bargain buy @ €60 Euros, if you're looking to add one of these 7A07 oddities to your collection, the best place to look is still Yahoo Japan auctions (as I wrote earlier in this thread).
Out of curiosity, I ran a search on eBay worldwide, to see if there were any other 7A07-0010's currently listed. Indeed there are two, both listed by Australian eBay sellers, with asking prices of $300 and $349 (AuD) ! They've been listed since November and April 2022, respectively.
