7A07-0010 Stopwatch - an interesting 7Axx curio. Look no hands, for starters !
It's also been ably covered, a few years ago by Australian Seiko aficionado Anthony Kable, in this thread on SCWF.

Unfortunately, the 3 'quick inside shots' which Anthony posted further down that thread, in response to a request for a shot of the movement have since disappeared into the ether. Luckily I had the foresight to right-click and save them and they're re-posted at the very bottom of my old thread.

I'll admit to having toyed with the idea of buying one at various times, purely for the curio value, you understand.
In fact, I bid on one on Yahoo Japan earlier this month, later had second thoughts (because it was too expensive) and was almost grateful when someone outbid me. This closed listing search on Yahoo Japan shows that they've recently been selling for anything between 3000 and 10,000 Yen, dependant on condition and the presence or completeness of accessories (presentation box, lanyard, instruction booklet and hang tag).

This morning, I spotted not one, but 3 NOS examples on Yahoo Japan, offered by the same seller as 1-day Buy-it-Now listings, which were all ending in about 45 minutes time. None of them sold and all three have just been automatically re-listed for another 24 hours, retaining the same item numbers.

I was trying to figure out the discrepancy in his asking prices (#1 and #3 are @ 12,800 yen, whereas #2 is 6000 yen more expensive @ 18,800 Yen).
All three watches still have their purple vinyl case-back protection almost completely intact, but only #2 could be described as absolutely pristine. Checking the other photos and descriptions, #1 has a misaligned outer black dial ring. #3 needs a replacement battery, but is the only one of the three which includes the instruction leaflet. The only thing I could see different about #2 was it comes with a more elaborate braided lanyard. Very odd. 
They've been listed since November and April 2022, respectively.
