Hi I’ve just signed up I have a 727b and I’m having issues and could really use some guidance any help would be very much appreciated! One of the chronograph hands has fallen off and all the buttons are unresponsive the fell good and have a nice tactile button feel but nothing happens when pressed.

As per my PM, I've moved your 'intro' post to what I hope is (or will become) the appropriate section. i.e. 'Mend it'.
First I need to ask a few questions:
1) Have you just bought this watch ? If so, was it in this non-functioning condition when you bought it ?
2) Have you dropped it from a height or given it a shock ? (which might have caused the sub-dial hand to fall off).
3) Do you have any experience of working on watches ? If so do you have any tools, like a case-back removal tool ?
4) Do the pusher buttons do anything when pressed with the crown pulled out to the first click (setting position) ?
