Anyone know where I can find a replacement chapter/tachymeter ring? My popped off with the crystal on a flight this week. I found the crystal but not the ring. Thank you!

Quite honestly, I think you'll be lucky to find one anywhere. 
Assuming your 7A38-7270 is a SAA093J (stainless with a black dial) the Seiko part number for the Tachymeter dial ring is 8432.0843. It's been listed as obsolete and no longer available for at least 10 years that I know of. You could try contacting the US Seiko service center (Coserv, Mawah, NJ) on the offchance they might have one. Or you might want to try messaging US eBay seller volunteertime and ask him if he's got one (he's listing a few Seiko dial rings).
