Horribly botched ex-Filipino 7A38-702A from Spain ??

Besides arch watch-botcher badingski (Ramoncito Bangit), whose recent handiwork featured in another thread recently, there's another previously prolific Filipino backstreet-botching outfit that have been quiet of late. The owner, whom if memory serves real name is John Dizon, uses three different eBay ID's jfm_watches, restoredwatches and nippontime.
Note the locations shown on their eBay profiles, particularly that of nippontime:
Late last night, they listed this botched well-worn polished turd of a 7A38-702A, fitted with the ubiquitous non-original replacement Seiko p/n Z1357S bracelet, with a ludicrous Buy-It-Now price of $198 US and no option to make an offer. Note the item location of Barcelona, Spain (of more anon).

What can I see (apart from the aforementioned incorrect replacement Seiko p/n Z1357S bracelet) ?
It's a job to know where to start. How about the bezel, which has been stripped of its remaining worn gold plating, in the best watch-botching tradition and polished, leaving only the gold dummy rivets ? It's been erroneously re-fitted 15 degrees out of alignment with corners @ 12 and 6 o'clock, instead of aligned being correctly with the watch case.
The hour and minute hands are completely missing their lume (unless it's transparent 'radium'). The lume on the ends of the hour batons is badly degraded, likely indicating moisture ingress. The once gold Tachymeter ring looks badly faded and the gold 703L dial looks blotchy. If that is the original Seiko crown, it's been so heavily sanded that the milling has almost been obliterated. The undersides of the pusher cups at 2 o'clock and 4 o'clock appear to be either badly pitted or have possibly been attacked with pliers. There's some nasty scratching on the underside of the bottom right hand lug and evidence of more on the 12 o'clock lug ends, presumably inflicted during the backstreet watch-botcher's efforts to unscrew the case-back. The case-back has been skimmed in an effort to disguise this.
The good news is that Filipino eBay seller nippontime now appears to have a Spanish forwarding agent, so that if you're stupid enough to buy ridiculously over-priced misrepresented junk like this, you can be disappointed even sooner !!
