I don't normally search for 7A28's, but I was browsing ended listings for 'Seiko Chronograph' on eBay.com (in the States) earlier this morning. I didn't actually find what I was looking for, but stumbled across this job lot listing for three 7A28's - for spares or repair. It was a 7-day auction with an opening bid price of only $3.99 !

It didn't actually sell for the opening bid price of $3.99 though, but for an undisclosed best offer.
