Of course, with this type of eBay listing, once someone places an opening bid, the Buy-it-Now price becomes academic. Don's 10-day auction ended in the early hours of this morning, with the Spationaute III selling for a slightly disappointing $355 after 9 bids. There were only two bidders and 8 of those 9 bids were placed by the determined winning bidder.Seiko7A38 wrote: ↑Sun Dec 31, 2023 11:32 am The title of this thread possibly isn't entirely appropriate for this particular post as, in this instance, there isn't any hint of attempted profiteering, but as it concerns the resale of a well known Yema Spationaute III Aragatz, I'm going to tack it onto this thread, rather than start another. In the early hours of this morning, a familiar US eBay seller hairspring listed a well-kept example, as a 10-day auction, with an opening bid of $275 or the option to Buy-it-Now for $560.

Belated Edit: Don subsequently revised his listing a couple of times, including adding 'Spationaute III' into the title and increasing the Buy-it-Now price from $560 to $650.
