This one ranks at, or near, the top.

It is an example of the first analog quartz chronometer.
Seiko put a lot of quality in this series (7a38/7A28/7A48) of
chronometers. Mine is exceptionally accurate; seconds a year.

Now that I think about it, my top three "bang for the buck" watches have all been Seikos......
